目的探讨鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗慢性鼻－鼻窦炎的疗效及安全性。方法选取年7月至年2月我院收治的90例慢性鼻－鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各45例，对照组采用内镜鼻窦开放术治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上采用鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗，随访12周，比较两组患者的嗅觉恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果手术后，研究组嗅觉正常者明显多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；研究组并发症发生率为6.7%，显著低于对照组的22．2％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗慢性鼻－鼻窦炎效果确切，具有黏膜损伤小、出血少、安全性高等优点，可迅速缓解患者的临床症状，促进嗅觉功能恢复，值得临床推广应用。
